PULL DOWN / PULL UP:

Hydraulic motor driven chain pull down system with a provision of micro feed arrangement.

ROTARY DRIVE SYSTEM:

Top drive hydraulic speed 0 to 60 RPM infinitely variable and constant torque of 7000 in.lbs [80 Kg.Mtrs.]

MOUNTING:

Heavy duty crawler driven by independent hydraulic motors. Grade ability 1 in 10. Travel speed 1.5 KMPH. The drill can tow a portable compressor.

MAST:

Electrically welded heavy duty structural steel suitable to handle 10 Feet [3 Mtrs.] long drill pipes. Mast can be raised and lowered by hydraulic cylinder. The boom can operate :

    Above horizontal - 45 degrees
    Below horizontal - 20 degrees
    Mast dump - 120 degrees

DRILL ROD:

2.7/8" [73mm] OD x 10 Ft. [3 Mtrs.] long.

AIR LINE LUBRICATOR:

Provided as a standard.

BREAKOUT SYSTEM:

Provided as a standard.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM:

The hydraulic system includes motor, pumps, valves, piping, reservoir, etc. Laid out on the deck itself.

250 / 300 CFM - 100 PSI Compressor for driving all air motors and flushing operation
